Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Sacramento will never intentionally give your suite to another guest if you have a pre-paid reservation, have paid an advance deposit on your suite, or have guaranteed your arrival with a credit card. Occasionally, specific suites with guaranteed reservations are not available because another guest does not check-out as scheduled or because of an unintentional error. If a suite is not available, we will make every effort to find Sacramento accommodations for you at a comparable hotel. Hawthorn Suites will pay the full cost for the first night’s lodging, reimburse your transportation to the alternate location, and pay the cost of a telephone call to notify your home or office of your change in accommodations.
